3. Choose the correct kind of incoming mail server from the drop down box – as mentioned above, this will probably be POP3, but the settings from your email provider will confirm this.
You also need to fill in the details of your incoming and outgoing servers.
4. Enter your account name – this will either be your full email address or just the part before the "@" symbol – your provider will be able to tell you which.
Then enter your password. Ticking the "Remember password" box will allow your machine to retrieve emails without you having to enter your password every time it logs on.
