John Bryant runs Humane Urban Wildlife Deterrence and has over two and half thousand clients in London and the Southeast, including schools, sports clubs, hospitals, local authorities and private householders.

"My experience is that by using knowledge of the species, plus a modicum of intelligence and compassion, 'pest' problems can be resolved without resorting to lethal methods. As far as I know I am the only person in the UK offering a professional humane 'pest' management service. My ambition now is to pass on my knowledge and experience to others who would like a career in assisting people in trouble while advancing the concept of humane living with wildlife."
